How do I pay for my booking?

We currently accept advance payments (30%) or full payments via direct Bank Transfer. You can upload your payment slip directly on the checkout page or later via your Customer Dashboard.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can request a cancellation through your dashboard. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy to see if you are eligible for a refund.

How are promo codes applied?

If you have a valid promo code for a specific hotel, you can enter it on the right side of the checkout page. The discount will instantly be applied to your subtotal before calculating taxes or platform fees.

What happens after I upload my bank slip?

Once you upload your bank slip, our team will review the transaction. After approval, your booking status will change from "Pending Slip" to "Confirmed". You will receive an email notification once approved.

Do I need to create an account to book?

Yes, an account is required to manage your bookings, upload payment slips, and communicate with hosts.
