Cancellation Policy
At Booking Marketplace, we understand that plans change. Our cancellation policies are designed to be fair to both our guests and our host partners.
Standard Cancellation
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Any advance payments will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a fee equivalent to the 30% advance deposit. The remaining balance will not be charged.
- No-Shows: If you fail to arrive at the property without prior notice, the full booking amount may be charged by the property owner.
Non-Refundable Rates
Some special promotional rates or highly discounted deals are marked as "Non-Refundable". These bookings cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
How to Cancel
To cancel a booking:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to your Dashboard.
- Locate the booking under the "My Bookings" tab.
- Click on the booking details and select "Cancel Reservation".
Refund Processing Time
Refunds for eligible cancellations are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or financial institution.
